Did i eat a lot today?

I am trying to lose 15lbs.... i am 5'2 and 125lbs.

today i drank 5 bottles of water.

I ate a half of a peanut butter sandwich, about 20 plain chips, about 15 small wheat pretzel rods and a bowl of banana split ice cream.

Even with the ice cream you didn't eat enough.  Your body is going to go into starvation mode and try to hand on to every calorie you consume, your metabolism will slow down which you do not want to have happen, and it will get harder and harder to lose weight.  You actually need to eat more to lose weight.  You need at least 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight.  Try eating about 1500 or 1600 calories a day and you will lose weight steadily in a sensible way.

  3. Too many carbs, no ice cream, and you need to add some protein.

    Also, not enough water...need about a gallon a day.

    but you could have made a better choice

    than ICE CREAM

    ice cream is fattening.

    if you're trying to lose weight

    keep off of ice cream! and keep off chips! they're sooo unhealthy

    chips are deeeeep fried

    20 chips alone is about 200 calories.. ya

    oh, p.s. eat healthier! like you have no fruit/veggies in there!

    and also 5 bottles of water is way too much
