Question:

Did i eat enough food today?

This is what I ate today:

breakfast:nothing

Lunch:5 bites of salad, one PB&J sandwich, one small brownie

Dinner:about 14 carrots with ranch

I also played soccer for 4 hours.

I'm 14 yrs old I weigh 90 pounds and i'm 5'21/2

  1. u shoulda ate more for dinner... n u need to eat protein. especially since u played soccer for so many hours. the more u work out, the more fuel ur body needs

    next time just eat cereal for breakfast, the lunch was okay, n then eat a nice big healthy dinner, like steak with vegetables

    or chicken if u dont eat red meat..


  2. NO.. Especially if youre active!! I skip meals usually.. but in the afternoon ( its not very good for you though) you deff should not skip breakfast that jumpstarts your metabolism! For lunch you did good and its good that you eat veggies! but im thinking maybe oatmeal or eggs for breakfast would be very good for you!

  7. No, you need to eat a balanced diet and 3 meals a day (all food groups at each meal) and a snack would be good too. You need fruit and milk too.

  11. NO. you need to be eating a lot of calories since you play soccer. at least 1800. and you def need to eat breakfast. 5 bites of salad? its SALAD eat the whole thing. and dinner is supposed to be a meal..the 14 carrots is merely a side dish.

  13. no, you need to eat breakfast and definitely have healthier more balanced meals, you're not getting enough protein, amoung other things. ask your parents to buy you centrum plus, chewable orange vitamins.

  18. Well, like many other people have said, you need to eat a good breakfast to kick-start your day. The calories you consume at breakfast will help your body all day long. So, no, you did not eat enough today.

  21. You need breakfast... when you eat breakfast it gives you time to work off what you eat. Plus you need to eat more meals. 14 carrots is not a Dinner, it's a snack. Just because you eat less won't make you lose weight. Well some people it does, but some people it doesn't. Eat everything in moderation but still have a good balanced diet.

  25. Nooooo! You should never skip breakfast.. breakfast is what makes the day..  

  26. first of all you should never skip breakfast. skipping breakfast will only put your body in starvation mode which will not help you to lose weight. lunch sounds ok. dinner you should have ate more than carrots, maybe a piece of chicken or something. you are not big so don't starve yourself like that.
