  1. that sounds alright, not too much not too little...

just make sure u eat dinner and i'd say ur fine.

  2. that sounds good!! its not too much so no worries

  3. Well that sounds good. You're just missing dinner. you're actually eating pretty healthy.

  4. with that id be done for the day

  5. i can't tell whether you ate too little or too much, but you are missing some proteins (nuts, meat, beans) and more veggies. It seems like for the first few meals, you're eating a pretty normal amount (maybe a little on the 'not eating enough' side, but it depends on the portions). but, if you want to become healthier, you might want to cut out the Ramen. it is loaded with soooo much salt its crazy.. they are really bad for you! i'm not saying you should never eat ramen but just keep in mind they are very unhealthy.

  6. Just have a good dinner! A good dinner for what other things you ate today would be like some chicken or salmon, with some vegetables cooked whatever way you like and some rice or potatoes! That's really healthy and balanced!

  7. it sounds ok

    i had roman noodles too

  8. Try to eat a few vegetables today with your dinner. Otherwise it sounds like you're fine.

  9. For dinner you should have some sort of meat, or fish and some vegtables, and maybe you could throw a carb in there too. And for dessert you could try maybe 1/2 cup of ice-cream or the sugar free jello (which is really good).

And if you get hungry later, you could have some more grapes or a banana, or something you think is healthy.

It's not the amount you eat, its what fills you up and to know that your full!
