mcdonald chips (small)

Toast with some butter and tiny bit of choc spread

slice of cucumber

baby bell

  3. No not really you ate something but it wasn't things that can give you vitamins and proteins you need to eat some food that will will fill you up and have your metabolism running. I would suggest to eat more but healthy try to eat colorful food not white or boring. You should eat about 3-4 meals that will fill you up pretty good and keep you healthy. Don't worry i use to have the same problem well good luck! ☺

  5. Your diet for the day should consist of at least 2-3 Fruits unlimited non starchy vegetable, 64 oz of water protein and some starch. Baked sweet potatoes,or rice or white baked or boiled would be a much better choice than fries

    Rather than just making junk food into meals, eat real meals and don't have the junk food at all. It's healthier!

  14. In no way is that a healthy diet.

    An Average diet for someone who is trying to maintain their weight is around 2000 calories. This is assuming that you are active and don't live a sedentary life style (which, if you're 15 and in school 2000 calories is fine). If you're not trying to lose weight, then you sound like you're starving yourself for some other reason.

    Several small meals throughout the day are better for you than 3 large ones, but what you are eating is simply too little for anyone to stay healthy on.

    You should seriously look into more healthy eating habits.

  15. If I was brutally honest, I'd say you ate horrendously today.

    I don't know where to begin with this. First of all, this doesn't actually qualify as a meal to me. It's more like a bunch of snacks rolled into one. Secondly, a slice of cucumber qualifies as a tiny fraction of one of your five-a-day.

    Improvements:

    You should be eating at least 3-5 meals a day (depending on the size.)

    You should be eating 5 portions of fruit or veg every day.

    Each meal should include some protein (meat, fish, etc.) and some carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, etc.) It is also recommended that these meals are vitamin enriched.

  17. That was too less.But this is enough if you are overweight.But all you eat today was junk food.Eat at least one healthy food a day.Did you eat the breakfast today??I couldn't find any.But remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.You should not avoid it.

    you should have had breakfast. it speeds up your metabolism. have like oatmeal and fruit.

    and then lunch should be a small salad with lite dressing

    and if you can skip dinner or have another salad with like chicken or if your smart and vegetarian no chicken.

  21. If you swap the fries for a sandwich, and add another real meal, which could be low fat  i.e. chicken salad then it would have been ok I suppose.

    But you are starving your body, which in turn will hold on to the fatty foods you put into it.

    Maybe try a more healthier diet.

  22. no, your are not eating enough. First you need to eat breakfast; its the most important meal of the day, its what keeps you going. Even if its a bowl of cereal. For lunch, try a small hamburger or two and fries if your eating mcdonalds [which isnt healthy, so go to wendys], and for dinner you need more veggies and maybe you could have had a bowl of soup.

  24. If thats all you had then it doesnt equate to your daily allowance, but isnt healthy or nutritious.

    You shouldnt eat most of that though unless its as a treat.

    Try muesli for breakfast with bannanas or strawberries on top.

    Lunch, jacket potato with tuna.

    Dinner, lean chicken fillets with lots of veg etc.

    Dont eat just before bed.

    The worst thing you can do is skip breakfast then just eat c**p during the day.

    Lay off the booze.

  26. Thats a very small amount amount of food. Why dont you choose more healtheir options that are more filling. Are you trying to loose weight? if so, thats not the way to do it.

    You made a few good choices, Danielle, but you need to eat more. Cheese is good for you, and so is cucumber, but you need some protien and whole grains. If you dont eat more Danielle, you will get weak and sick

    i think you should do some research on nutrition.

    your body is growing right now and you need to fuel it with lots of healthy foods. if you don't eat a lot you'll be really short! and depriving your body of food can lead to severe sickness.

    6-8 servings of grains and starchy foods a day (pasta, potatos, bread)

    4-5 servings of vegetables

    3-4 servings of fruit

    ~3 servings of dairy (milk, yogurt, ice cream, cheese)

    ~2 servings of protien (meat, fish, beans, nuts)

    very little fatty food and added/refined sugar

    this seems like a lot most days i can knock out about half, and other days i can eat everything on the list.

    an example of a healthier day would be:

    breakfast:

    a bowl of fruit

    w/ toast, or a bagel,

    you could mix your fruit with yogurt

    snack:

    a piece of fruit, or cut up veggies

    lunch:

    a turkey and cheese sandwhich

    with a vegetable or fruit

    dinner:

    Chicken breast with a vegetable (like broccoli or salad)

    Glass of milk

    a serving should be roughly the size of your palm, or half a cup.

    make  a list with fruit veggie bread protein and dairy

    try to eat at least two servings of each

    even count calories to make sure you get at least 1,000

    EAT MORE AND DONT SKIP BREAKFAST

  30. Not really but it's easier to eat more than to eat less. You definitely should eat breakfast and if you don't like to eat breakfast at 11 so it feels like lunch, for breakfast you should eat cereal, oatmeal etc. For lunch eat a sandwhich with a snack like an apple or chips. For dinner eat a full meal. 1/4 of your plate should be meat, 1/4 of your plate should be fruit and the rest should be vegetables. And also, you shouldn't eat Mickey D's except on occasions.
