Did i eat to much today?

i am a vegan

today i had-

breakfast- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread

lunch- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread

dinner- 2cups of potato soup,1 cup of green beans and 5 white bread rolls

    for dinner 5 white bread rolls is a lot. maybe if you cut back maybe only have one of those. you'll be fine.

    its just one day so it will be fine :)

  5. No...in fact i think you didn't eat enough, if your vegan then you need to eat lots of things to give you the things you don't get from milk and meat anymore! You SHOULD be taking extra vitimins and eating more, not less. Just watch what you eat, what you have here is way too little. Bread is not much of a lunch or breakfast. It's enough to keep your stomach quiet, but not enough to keep you healthy.

  10. You are not eating too much food, but you are eating too much starch.

    Try subbing some fruit for breakfast instead of that second piece of bread. For lunch maybe a salad, with some nuts for protein which your current diet is lacking in. I know salad sounds boring but you can do some wonderful things with them. And for dinner, maybe cut back on a few of those rolls. Sub some mixed veggie, or cook up some tofu for all that bread.  

    This site has some really good vegan recipes that you can cook up to make your diet more balanced and more fun than just a whole bunch of bread.

  14. not too much but you need to spread out and balance your meals more.like, you said you ate 5 rolls, instead of five rolls you could've had more green beans and 1 or two rolls to balance it out.and 2 slices of bread really isn't lunch.tomato sandwich maybe?i really don't know what vegans eat except organic and veggies ^^ sorry lol.

    stop being so careful about what you eat. seriously, just live life, and even if you choose to do that as a vegan you dont have to measure all the food youre eating down to the exact cup.

  19. hey. i thik its great but if youre conserned aboutyour weight cut down on bread and try more fruit yogurt and veggies because even if you bread is whole grain its still really fatning and goes stright to your bum ,stomach , and lovehandle area (lower back).hope this helps great deit though ;D

    4 peices of bread: 200 calories

    2 cups of potato soup: 200 calories

    green beans: 25

    5 white bread rolls: 500

    925 calories- not enough. You need to eat more! You need more for lunch, and breakfast. Put peanut butter on your toast! Eat more fruit. Eat tofu-- it is good stuffff. :)
