Question:

Did i eat well today?

breakfast: 1.5 packets of quaker oatmeal

lunch: some peanut butter (i was feeling kinda queasy so i didnt eat a big lunch)

dinner: egg white omlette with tomatoes

snack: grapes and blueberries

what do you think?

  3. more vegetables, more fruits, and more vegetables.

  4. nope, u need something solid in there, like a nice home cooked meal with some proteins,some nice chicken or beef/steaks or something, what's wrong w/you, are u trying to lose weight or something??

  5. You need more food to have energy. Also, you need to throw in some more veggies, greens preferably. Good discipline, I guess, but you really need some more food in there.
