Did i have my period?

yesterday i went to the restroom and i had brownish stuff in my underwear. ive never had my period before so i dont know what that was. i usually have clear discharge but this time it was a dark brown. what could it be and is it an infection or something?

congrats you started your period.  First off I would like to tell you to tell your mother you started.  i started my first one a month ago and i was soo scared before i asked her but if really wasnt that bad.  When i told my mom she told everyone so i would ask her not to tell anyone.  I would put on a pad adn then tell her so she doesnt have to tell you how it works haha.  Well good luck with it.  Hope i helped.xoxo

I do not think that was your first actual period. But your period is definitely on it's way. The brown discharge is a very common sign. Nothing to be concerned about. Congratulations!  =)
