Did i have to vote in a primary to be able to vote for the president?

I want to vote for Barak Obama and did not vote in the primaries...can i still vote for president or no?

  2. No, but why are you voting for Obama.  He wants to cut funding in missile defense.  He wants to slow development of future combat systems.  He has said so in his own words.  He has done NOTHING except run for president and give speeches.  Look at his speech Thursday honestly and tell me ONE new idea he said that hasn't been said before by a politician.  People that are voting for him are putting too much weight in speeches.  

  3. You can vote in the election even if you didn't vote in the primary. You should probably reconsider, however. Are you basing your vote on his speech Thursday? If so, you might want to wait until after you've seen McCain's to make up your mind.

  5. Of course you can, just as long as you are registered to vote.  Go to your  DMV and register there, if you haven't already done so.

  6. if u live in chicago u can probably vote twice
