Did i just have a migraine?

This is the third time this has happened to me, over the last 4 years or so. The vision in my left eye gets all screwed up. No pain at all. After 30 min or so I get a slight headache. Then, I get really, really, REALLY hot and feel like im going to throw up. Then finally, to top it off the worst headache in the world. Then I throw up a lot, go to bed, wake up with only a slight headache. Today, this is the third time this has happened to me. ALWAYS, vision in my left eye screws up before it happens. When I noticed it today, I said to myself "c**p"... So, is this a migraine?

yes it is.  You need to let your physician know all you have written here so he can prescribe you medication to take the next time your symptoms start to curb off the migraine.  good luck.

YESS!! That is a migraine! I have those same symptoms exept for the throwing up part. You just have a higher case of a migraine than I do. The best thing to do is when you start to see in tunnel vision (what happened in your left eye), lay down somewhere, put a hot wet towel over your eyes and go to sleep!! You will miss the whole crazy head pain (which to me feels like my eyes are going to explode) and you will just have slight pain just like you said. I get them at least once every three months!!
