  1. someone pre-paid for it inside and just gave the wrong pump number,  I'll bet he was ticked.  Was anyone chasing you when you left?

  2. Something is amiss here.  I have never seen a LEGIT pump give me gas unless it has my info correctly.

Look on-line or call your bank, see if you got debited.

I suspect one of those fake card readers looking to steal your card number and PIN or a broken pump.

Check with your bank, then call the station; They have a bad pump..  you will be doing them a favor by reporting it... either someone has tampered with their Credit card machine or something is broken, much more is at stake (for them and others) than the cost of one tank of gas.

  3. yes it is your fault if you knew you were doing it:( oh and you feel up your car? weird!

  4. Your question is the answer. The fact that you asked the question means that you have a conscience. If theres any question in your mind then  go back and make it right.

  5. it shouldn't have let you pump it if the pin was incorrect. i've typed mine wrong like 200 times and it never lets me get gas if i do it wrong. you should go back and pay.. you get in a loooootttttttt of trouble for stealing gas.

  6. d**n this is a good idea!!!! You have a legit excuse if you get caught!!! Thanks dude

  7. think about how much you spend on gas all the time... everyone gets a freebee and that was yours and its not like yo did it on purpose

I dont know that I can agree with that.

To explain lets turn the tables. Lets imagine you paid for an item only to dropped your change while leaving the shop,  but you did not realise.

The cashier then see you money and picks it up knowing its yours..

Should he say nothing next time you come in the shop as it was not his fault, of should he tell you?

In the case of the bad pin. As you knew the pin did not work you still left despite knowing your card did not work.
