Question:

Did i lose to much or too little?

I don't want to put down my weight since it's embarrassing but in a span of 2 1/2 months, is it good that I lost 20 lbs? I don't mean as in looks but as in, is it a good rate. It's not too fast or anything?

  1. I cant honestly give you a good answer because you didn't tell us how tall you are or how mucyh you weighed before you started dieting, now if you weighed about 350 pounds I'd say that is a good amout of weight to lose.


  2. that's good. maybe slow it down. if you a kid then seriously slow it down. don't starve or over work out. very bad for your body but congratz! don't rush!  

  3. its really too fast!  whatever you're doing is working...and it must not be too healthy...a healthy weight loss is 1 pound per week...so you should not have even lost 10 lbs yet!

  5. Perfect!! if you lost 2 pounds a week,recommended, (in a healthy way) thats 10 weeks and that is 20lbs so well done you!  

  6. I don't think it's too much...1-2 a week pounds is great and if you did that in 2 1/2 months, you are at the right pace. Congrats and keep it up!
