the computer you are buying is c**p don't buy it and of course the fan will fit it will fit any computer

No, the fan is for intel skt 775, your motherboard is AMD skt AM2.

Pretty nice case, but that doesn't tell us what fan you need.  The fan/cooler that you linded to fits an intel CPU socket 775.  If the board that you are thinking of supports intel processors that use a 775 socket, then this fan will work.
