Did i ruin my hair ?

i like to straighten my hair........alot

and ive been straightening frequently for 2 years now

and my hair is not what it use to be

i had wavy hair and now its like limp waves

can i repair it or is the damage forever?

you can us a special kind of shampoo that fixes dry damaged hair. just leave it on for at least 5 mins.

yea cut back on at least one product , blow dryer or straightener. use a deep condition [ sleep in it ] and do it every night. it will restore your hair
