i am a us citizen,my gf's hot her k1 visa,and we'v got maried within 90 days,but in a few months later,and it didnt work out...im so stupid,and did not respect her of what she wants,so she left me...she filed a divorced for me..my question is,is there any way that she can be legalized here in the u.s,eventhough we did not file for her permanent residency?i think her visa expires last aug2007

No you cannot make her legal, she is already illegal in the country.
