Did it seem like Laura Bush's introduction of George W. Bush was longer than the speech he actually gave?

yup and not to mention during his "short" speech half of it wasn't even spent on McCain or how great the Republicans are. You would think that the President would have the MOST to say. What does it say about the party?

With a 28% approval rating, I'm sure there was good reason for a short message from him. When your opponent is constantly trying to compare you with the current unpopular administration, of course you would distance yourself as inconspicuously as possible

I am not a Republican but I do like Laura and tonight she seemed rather distant, almost robotic. I don't think she is happy with the direction of the party.
