  1. Yes he did have an advantage. He was the best cyclist in the race those 7 years.

  2. Assuming that you're serious with your question. I doubt having just 1 t******e would be a great  advantage.

Maybe, its safe to assume that what made Lance great in the Tour de France, was the same courage and determination that made him survive his bout w/ testicular cancer.

  3. I think he did mentally because of what he'd been through battling cancer and winning.

    Life is short.  Livestrong!

  4. No he benefited from the chemo and being able to physically build himself up again to be a much better cyclist.

And that he only really trained for and competed in the TdF

  5. Yes, to the degree that along with losing the t******e he lost a lot of upper body weight.

  6. I can answer this several ways:

joke: yes less wind resistance due to only having one while all others had two.

serious: since his youth he had been winning tri athletic competitions, so while battling cancer his power out put stayed the same but after losing 25 pounds his power to weight ratio went way up, so as a result of cancer he only had one left.

second joke: yes the one that was left was the biggest one in the field.

  7. nah, if he had two, he'd would have won them in half the time

  8. Yep, he was more aerodynamic!!!
