Question:

Did low-pressure air ruin my Ion?

I have accidentally been using a low-pressure air tank for my Ion. (I had been giving the wrong tank from my friend). But I just got a high-pressure tank, which is what the manual said to use. I haven't had a chance to shoot the gun with the high pressure air yet, but do you think the low-pressure would have caused any harm to the gun at all (I only shot about 4 cases with the low-pressure tank).

  2. LP will not harm your ion.

    CO2 WILL!

they advertise that CO2 is okay but you will have to change your internal hoses frequently and your noid might freeze up in rapid fire.

the only problem you may have while using LP air would be shoot down during rapid fire.

  3. No, low pressure wont harm it, im suprised you went through 4 cases of paint before you noticed there was something wrong. Just make sure your regulator is set right once you go back to hpa.
