I don't think marijuana has caused many, if any accidents where the driver/pilot of the train/plane was under the influence of marijuana.

This is more common in car/truck/suv crashes than bigger vehicles.

The dot started random drug testing due a train wreck. The conductor was stoned. It happened in the early 90`s.

People cause accidents, inanimate objects don't.
