An interesting question, but I don't know if anything is known about Mary Boleyn's religious beliefs.  Most likely she would have gone along with the changes that Henry made.  In many ways, even after the Reformation, the church was still very catholic in its practices, and Henry never thought of himself as a Protestant, but would certainly have expected everyone to conform to his religious settlement.

    An uprising against the dissolution of the monasteries in the north of england was brutally suppressed, and not many people would have had the nerve to protest at henry's actions.  Probably Mary Boleyn would have continued to attend mass, but the service would have been performed with the alterations laid down by Henry, and Mary Boleyn, if she had any thoughts on the subject, would probably have kept them to herself.  Henry's power was such that few people would have had the nerve to defy him.


  2. There's not much proof of that, But she would probably break with the catholic church just like Henry VIII (Because she was his mistress)
