it looks very fishy... but the serbian swimmer had one less stoke and just extended his hands and had his head raised compared to phleps who added one last very swift stoke and kept his head well below water... anyway.. the ceremony's done and the meda is phelp's for the keeping ... no matter what goes on .. he deserves the best!!
