yes, she wrote it about nick. in the video, she is wearing a dog tag (nick wears a dog tag every day) ....and the dog tag had the diabetes symbol on it...and nick has diabetes. also, when miley holds up the pic of her and the guy (even tho the face isn't showing) you can see nick's curly hair. and miley kept grabbing at the dog tag thru the whole video, basically trying to show nick that it IS about him!! what are the chances that miley dated two ppl that had diabetes and wore the diabetes dog tag? pretty slim. it's about nick jonas.
