We were on his bed kissing/making out/whatever you want to call it which I'm always nervous about (I'm 16) and he put his hand up my shirt and down my pants......he said he isn't ready for s*x but said nothing about touching.......is this good or bad? I think he wants me to touch him? He took me by surprise....I'm confused....what should I do? It was only about the 3rd time 'making out'....we usually just kiss with hardly any tongue....ok I'm confused :|

Go along with it, if its what you want, if you don't want to go to s*x yet, then just stop there so he doesn't think he can go any further until you're ready. Just make him think he has a chance to have s*x with you though, if you say absolutely not ever he probably won't stay with you at that age.
