I wanted to buy something from Wet Seal and this is what it said

We're sorry. There appears to be a problem with the credit card you are trying to use. Please use another credit card to complete your order. If you need assistance, please contact us at 1-866-746-7938. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This never happened to be before.

  1. Could be any reason.  Call your credit card company./


  2. Yes, it got declined.  Call your credit card issuer and find our the status of your account.

  3. It could be that your credit card company is trying to protect you from fraud.  You may need to contact the credit card company to allow the transaction.

  4. It could be a fluke or there could be a problem with your card.  The best place to ask any question about your bank accounts/credit cards/etc. is to call the company the account is with and ask them.

  5. Go online to your credit card company's website and check?

    Call them?
