I talked to my friend and he gave me good advice gaining and toning tummy muscles. It's wrong to go on a diet and making you're self skinny. I heard that running won't tone you're muscles, just makes you lose weight AND muscles. My friend told me NOT to go on a diet if i want more obvious looking great abs... he also told me to eat a lot of white meat... from chicken and steak...I don't get it, was my friend trying to say i need to be fatter???? or was he really giving me good advince? who should i listen to???
