Did my iPhone information get transferred into my friend's iTunes account?

I got a new iPhone and decided to get some music from my friend's iTunes on her computer. But afterwards when I looked at my phone all of my contacts, my calendar, even the history of my YouTube videos were different. I think all of her information was transferred into my iPhone. By any chance did my information, like my calendar, move into her iTunes so that I can recover it? Did it just swap information with my iPhone? Or is it lost permanently? I'm new to using iTunes and I never even owned an iPod before so I'm a novice at this. Please help.

Usually, When you sync your iPod, iPhone with iTunes it Usually Removes your information and syncs whatever is check for syncing on iTunes To transfer to your device, Basically removing everything that was on your phone and replacing it with hers.
