Did people in congress and UPA engineered the attacks?

Sushma swaraj doubts that attacks in bangalore and ahmedabad are preplanned and engineered by people in congress. Is'nt it time to take up this matter in public interest and security of the nation? isnt it time to treat her statement as PIL and order investigation?

What she said was sheer non-sense. When every body in her own party and the allies disowned her statemetn, she insisted it as her own view. She is a liability to her party and the nation. She must be prosecuted for this statement. The congress party should consider filing a libel suit against her.
