yea that was pretty terrifying when the fdic said that they're basically running out of money...seems like the safeguards that we made after the depression to prevent another depression aren't as safe as we expected...

Nope and they won't address it tomorrow or the day after that either. Cons don't want to point out that this happened on their watch while democrats don't want to point out their close association with Fannie & Freddie.

Haven't heard a peep.  That would put a crimp in expansive spending programs from Congress.
