Did pregnancy or/and breastfeeding ruin your breast implants?

And if so how? Were yours under the muscle? How long did you nurse? How many pregnancies did you have? What did it do to your b*****s?

my friend has breast implants and she didn't breastfeed, but her b*****s are definitely more saggy after being pregnant. i don't know what type of implants she has but i know she has talked about having them removed all together and just going back to her regular size, which i think was fairly large anyway.

I can't answer all those questions, as I don't have them. But a close friend has them. She just had her second child. Both children she breastfed for only about a month or so. Her b*****s haven't changed at all and she's still loving them. Hope that helps.

I have implants.  

I breastfed just fine, nothing happened to them.  BEFORE I got pregnant though, one of them broke.  I had to go through my whole pregnancy with a 'deflated' boob. lol.  And I waited until I was done nursing to get the implant replaced. (as it is safe to nurse with a leaking implant).

Yes, the implants are behind the muscle.
