It's certainly implied he did in the last few moments of episode 10, though it's possible he decided against it and the girls were sleeping in his bed for some other reason. It seems more likely though that he went through with it, or at least that they did something, because the girls wouldn't have been sleeping in his bed on either side of him if he'd chickened out like Rad suggested he might.

As a side note, the girls were holding hands with each other across him. Neither appeared especially snuggly towards Shane. Therefore, it's also possible the girls ended up having s*x with each other while he watched.
