I hate to tell you, but you've been blocked.  It has nothing to do with your service provider.

If a cell phone is "off" it still goes to the server, like when your computer at home is off during the day, but still receives emails. Then when you turn your phone or computer on, it retrieves the messages off the server, and you view them.

Maybe she gets charged when you send her texts and can't afford the costs, but is embarassed to say so. Maybe she doesn't want texts from you.  The only way to find out is to talk with her face to face.

    Good luck.

  3. Make sure you have full reception when you send it..it could be low reception is all...Txt messages get read when the phone is turned on. it shouldn't say undelivered  because of that...it could be a problem with either of your phones too. you should call to talk to your friend then at least you will know the truth.. I hope it's just a glitch for you with your phone

  4. i dont think so, if you have verizon and you send a text to another verizon phone it will tell you if it was delivered to the phone or not but if the person does not have it, it will just say message sent.

  5. I work for a cell phone company, that I will not list, and you CAN NOT block another CELL phone from a CELL  phone. One of y'all just has bad reception, her phone maybe off, or it just doesn't take text messages. Just call and see.
