Did the 7WL 0.18um DM & AM can make on the same MPW wafer?

Hi ,if we want to let the 7WL 0.18um DM die and AM die on one tile, did it can be fabricated?

Boy, that's a tough question.  I can't say whether it is possible or not.  

If I were you, I would ask the local boffins - your manufacturing engineers - and see what they have to say.  

If they aren't available, you could try just contacting the guys at the link out of the blue and see whether they would give you an answer gratis.
