The Constitution was obliterated during the civil war and has been nothing more than a historical document since then. Because of this fact, the power and evilness of government at all levels has grown substantially since then.

  1. Only IF it is Dead in The Hearts and minds of the People of the United States and continually Perverted!

  2. Maybe in your mind it did.  If you would just read it once you would know.  Do  not to just pick up a radical left wing phrase and think you should believe in that direction.  Do your research first and learn.  Then decide your feelings.  This is a "cut and paste" statement that you have no idea of why, where or how it was originated.  Here is just one item that might interest you.

Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

  3. No

  4. Why are you looking for trouble, shame on you.

  5. why, no! it's a 'living, breathing document', don't you know.

  6. What do you base this on? I believe the Constitution  is alive and well, it just gets wounded now and then. I believe that it, like the country itself, can never truly die because it's fed by the American spirit of true patriots.
