Did the Filipino youth need to improve their Spanish fluency?

No they don't have to, but to have good historical spirit, they should. Because Philippines was once a Spanish language country. Also there are alot of Spaniards living in the Philippines, maybe if they have relatives as teachers they could encourage them to work in the Philippines. And there's a good few Spanish speaking Filipinos in the Phfilippines.

Hi I'm italian so I wanna say sorry in advance if I make some mistakes.

Anyway, in my opinion, they should!!

But it's not so easy to make them know and learn better Spanish because most of the people are poor and they cannot allow to pay for their school education.

So this debate is very hard to make real. How? Whit which money? Thanks ours????

we don't want to pay for other cultures, we already pay for ourselves we (west world) are becoming as poor as they!!
