during world war 2 when n**i germany conquered most of europe,the n***s came across a guillotine in france & the n***s were impressed with the execution devise that the n***s adopted it for a while,it is said that the n***s executed more ppl in the guillotine than the french ever did in history...n***s beheaded many jews during that time!

There are photos of a French guillotine in Vietnam. They may be used as propaganda.  I have yet to find a definitive source to verify it was used by the French.  The last State use of the guillotine in France occurred on September 10th 1977.

The French army used the guillotine to decapitate prisoners in Vietnam.  They basically ended the practice in the 1960's.

The French ceded power in Vietnam to the Vietnamese in 1954, so there would have been no use of the guillotine by the French after this time. It seems guilltines built by the French were used by Vietnamese regimes after they left.
