  1. They were probably bored.

    Its lame that they had to make a hoax out of it.  There are people out there trying to prove bigfoot and thats just mean to dismiss someones hard work by playing jokes like that.  


  2. They did it for fun and to get people interested in it.

  3. Even though they faked it, I live in Georgia and I know some fishy **** goes on in the woods while I'm hunting, fishing, etc.

  5. Maybe their point was really that we should all be more skeptical in every day matters.

    How many people wanted to believe in this story? Anyone who did, and was duped, shouldn't be as angry with these so-called trackers as much as angry with themselves.

    Or, hey, maybe they just wanted to bring a little mystery back into everyone's lives.

    Whatever their reasons, I think people should in general be more skeptical and defend themselves against things like that that was clearly B.S. from the get-go. Most people are far too gullible.

  7. I'm guessing, but who's to know for sure.  

    I bet they really wanted people to "buy" it... there are tons of believers out there.  BigFoot Believers, that is... My boyfriend is one of them!  

    It's more of a "what if....." thing, I think....

    HAHAHAH!  Makes me LAUGH!

  9. very annoying! i hope they get into trouble for it, $25,000 fine at least. the only people who believed them are the ones who really want to believe, everyone else knew it was fake, im mostly a believer so im mostly pissed.

  10. The last I heard they were being investigated for fraud, they apparently took money from the guy who set up the press conference. If that's the case I think their motivation is clear.
