    The Chess Was Invented In India But Then Persians Developed It And Was Delivered To China By Marco Polo (From His Journey To Persia) And The Reward Thing (That pilpel_j... Told) Took Place In Persia Not In China !!!

  5. No even though the Greeks inveneted several things and gave us several great ideals, and theories the game chess is not among them.

  6. Chess, well primitive chess, were created by Persian people and Arabs from India. However, it was popularized and advocated, for proving "mental prowess", in Europe.

He told that he only wanted rice, 1 grain on the first square, 2 on the 2nd, 4 on the 3rd and so on, multiplying each time- The Emperor agreed immediately, then, he was told by his Gran Vizier that there was not enough rice in China to give to the inventor
