Question:

Did the Kangaroos deliberately lose today so they won't have to play Geelong in the finals?

To have their score more than doubled by a team

near the bottom of ladder! If they had won they would

have gone to 4th spot and a finals game against

Geelong. Are they scared to play them? Were they

sandbagging today?

  1. I doubt it. Port are playing with some real spirit at the moment (don't know why it took the 20 weeks to find it) i think it will be worse for the Roos now. They will probably play Sydney or Collingwood next week, and I think both these teams would beat them, and with no double chance....

  2. I don't think so.

They would love to have a double chance.

  3. My team (kangas) were an absolute joke! They have let down themselves, their supporters and shannan grant!

  4. Its hard to say, I think they gave it their best shot but GEELONG being they best teamin the league at the moment are showing that they are going to make it hard for any team in the finals... GO GEELONG all the way.

  5. I dont think they deliberatly lost the game as that means they give up their double chance at the final..... Geelong do look scary to any team but I dont think you would go out of your way to avoid them...... The double chance is too crucial when it comes to finals!

  6. Everyone's scared of the mighty cats, who could blame 'em!  But to give up the second chance is crazy- whoever ends up in 4th spot will need it after the cats pulvarize em!

  7. Yeah, I think they did as it would give them a chance for the final.  I thinks it's the same with Collingwood
