If those marches would have been organized differently would have caused a better impact on the American people. But they showed lack of respect and a hidden agenda by the organizers. The demands, the on your face attitude, the screams,the Che Guevara T-shirts, the Communist flags and the mainly Mexican flags, the desecration of the American flag are very difficult to forget. I will never forget it or forgive it

What in the world did those people think? When you ask for something you do not deserve, the least we can expect is little decency and a little humility, certainly not insults

not counter marches were produced so the marches for a legalization with the lack of marches opposing them just proved than most Americans are for a legalization or just don't care . i think they did had a positive effect since as i said they proved there is not a real opposition to legalizing the undocumented and the final result has been two candidates who agree in legalizing the undocumented being chosen by the Americans . with out the marches most Americans would be unaware still of the need to fix the situation and of the importance of the undocumented , remember how all of California and many other places stopped all activities with out their help while the marches were going on , now think of that translated in weeks or months , basically it would produce a man made disaster .

I think they hurt their cause, a lot people really dont realize how many are here and how brazen they have gotten, waving mexican flags sure made a lot of us mad. It is a shame our government does not tackle this problem more aggressively, building the fence, imprisoning employers and deporting as many as possible.

It hurt their cause. they drag the US flag on the ground, the step on it, try to burn it. they call the US and Americans filthy names. Does that show you they want to be Americans or does that show you their here for what they can get?

They certainly did not help These people should spend more time and effort to fix the problems in their own countries, then they would not have to sneak across the border.

I think it woke America up to just exactly how bad the problem was. Most Americans do not appreciate their flag being treated that way. we are proud of America and we stand proud of our flag and what it means to us. They ticked off a lof of people by demanding their rights.
