Yes we felt it.  But it wasn't really intense, just a rock and rolling.  And no damage.

Take a look at the following 3 shake maps I listed below for July 29th (I'm assuming you're talking about the major quake and it's aftershocks from yesterday).  They will tell you if shaking was felt in Carlsbad, and how intense it was.  Keep in mind that even if it wasn't felt by humans, it was still picked up by seismographs.
