B/c it was the pristine vessel of the time. All the perks for the rich passengers on board.

It also one of the first to have a swimming pool on board.

But not enough life boats...

Since the Titanic every boat must have enough life rafts for everyone on board.

Yes! Yes! Yes! They do have a gymnasium,  a library, a Turkish bath. But ice cream parlor, basketball court, for me as a Titanic lover know all the amenities on the vessel, they dont have an ice cream parlor and basketball court.
