  1. YES its True, Bush

  2. This is not true.  The only thing going on in QR is the same old tourist stuff.  The US made a secret agreement to build a super highway from Mexico, through the US and into Canada for import/export reasons, which you can see proof of while driving through both Mexico and the US, of course the government is denying it all together.  Other than that, no buying of QR of any other state in MX.

  3. No truth.

If Cancun were a US possession, US alcohol policies might the enforced. That would mark an end for the spring breakers. They would have to shut the place down.

Also,  I'm presuming that US minimum wage and environmental laws would have to apply. So, even if the place weren't shut down, they couldn't afford to keep any of the businesses open.

  4. It doesn't sound crazy, coming from the US, but if it was true it would be just an offer, you see US economy it's going down little by little, they don't need to be worrying about nothing but their own problems.

And another reason why this couldn't happen its that Cabo San Lucas and Cacun are the most important destinations in Mexico, tourism is the 3rd economic activity most important in Mexico, generates millions per year, people are proud to be mexican because of the beauty of its country, do you think they would let go?. Tourism place Mexico in 6th place as the World's Most Visited Contries.

Besides all that, some of the greatest ruins and places to visit when people go to Cancun, are located in the State of Yucatan not Quintana Roo, such as Pyramid of Chichen Itza and more.

  5. YES THEY TRIED, BUT DIDN`T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY.
