  1. Yes, quite awhile ago.  One only has to witness the aggressive driving habits of people trying to get home from work 30 seconds faster while putting their own and other people's lives at risk.  Why?  I don't know really...human nature?

  2. No, on the contrary it has become way too much of a nanny state.  Money for entitlements to the largely undeserving, money for immigrants who do not belong, aid to unappreciative countries.  We need to be more me-oriented.  YOU..save for college...YOU work for your living...YOU pay taxes if you are here.... YOU speak English only is school so we don't pay to teach you in Spanish.....NOT ME pay for YOU !!  YOU do your part!!

  3. Yes they did.

It is because of the old maxim that if everybody looked after themselves then nobody would need looking after.

  4. The why's are-----family breakdown, school system, Hollywood and TV influence plus decline of religion in America.

  5. Its the "entitlement generation", and they don't want to work at a fast food joint or detassel corn as a first job because they are ABOVE that type of ENTRY level job. They think that becoming a CEO right out of college is a right, not something you work up to.   I gotta go now, I'm in the middle of playing my PS3, and Mom's got dinner ready................
