No i dont think so. i think he has fled the scene with his daughter as the male body in the house doesnt seem to be him from what i gather from the news, this is so tragic,

these days with so much mental stress in the world and the lack of respect for another living being It is most likely the daughter or why wouldnt she come forward with such a terrible thing that has happened. She is probably on the run somewhere either guilty or knows exactly what has happened, now its up to the police to do their work...we shall see.

I think the daughter's body will be found in the main house once they are able to sift through the rubble. I think the father did it when the balance of his mind was disturbed.
