Did the government bugged my house and sent electrical pulses through it because I faked a mental illness?

I faked a mental illness. This is what happened, some guys came outside my apartment threatening to kill me. As a result I called the cops. They came, and said they found no proof of that and decided to take me to the hospital. When I got there I saw guy that looked similar to the guys issuing the threat. Being that there was no proof of the incidence, I decide to fake a mental illness, and get out of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Once out, my parents house, their cars, and my car is bugged. And also, I have proof. To mention, my apartment was already "bugged"(seemingly by the government) and these guys began issuing these threats, everyday, at night by my apartment.

Lay Off That Crack...Deadly Drug and your hallicinations are out of this world.  You better get in rehab.  Or just buy a gun and when you see these guys threaten you, shoot them in retaliation for threating to kill you.  You ahve just cause to self defend yourself...

Yes, they've bugged your entire house and your car. You need to be careful what you say there because they're listening. In fact, I think they are reading this right now.
