No.i really was doubting that time if they really gonna do one.But it was just a rumor.I was waiting for them for 5 hours and they never showed up.Little did i found out that it was just a rumor made by fans here at yahoo answers.The jonas brothers couldnt possibly do a live chat.Why?because their album comes out at the same day,they would be doing a lot of interviews and all that stuff.

If there really is a live chat,jonasbrothersfan.com shouldve posted it on their website.And the jonas brothers would post it on their myspace.The jonas brothers would never have a live chat not informing all their fans.It would be UNFAIR!:)).And they should have made a video if they were going to have one.And just a tip for you,you should sign up at justin.tv,so that if theres a live chat they will send you an e-mail.

it was a rumor. i heard that people were waiting for hours for them to come, but they never did. im glad cause i thought i missed it and i was sooo sad! then i heard bout it was fake then i was in releif

Nope . But i think that if they would ever have one, they would announce it. Aug 12 was just the fans thinking that they would do one on the date their album releases =]
