Before Money Reform, Average Salary 2.000.000.000 TL after reform 2.000 YTL (This is not Everyone, Example ...)

The money reform only changed how we name the money. But I must admit it feels better to buy something for 1 lira instead of 1 million lira. So, I think the decision was a correct one.

But wealth requires more industrial output, better marketing of produced goods, i.e. more export, and (in contrast to the ultra-capitalists' belief) more even distribution among the citizens. So, there is a long way to go, yet.
