Did the netherlands leave the Eu?

On radionetherlands i thought i heard that Holland left the EU for various reasons? is this true. I havent had any information to confirm this but maybe someoen in the EU and especially holland could answer this.

  3. No. The Netherlands has not left the European Union.

    You may be thinking of the Dutch voters' rejection of the proposed European Constitution in 2005, and Dutch critics of it's recently negotiated replacement, the Reform Treaty.

    But that doesn't mean they will be leaving the EU.

The Netherlands is one of the biggest supporters of the internationtional community including both the EU and UN.  It hosts the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Europol, Eurojust, Interpol, the trial of Charles Taylor by the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and has a special segment of the national court in the Hague to try international crimes under universal jurisdiction.   The Netherlands actively works toward fostering international cooperation in any and every way possible.
