No, ancient Proto-Indo-Iranians that originally used the term Aryan, meaning noble, to describe themselves were most likely lighter skinned than those living further south but would probably had dark hair and eyes.

Later the term was used to refer to Proto-Indo-Europeans and much racist driven false pseudo-scholarly and occult ideas later it became mixed up with n**i eugenics rationale in that the "Aryan-Nordic" race (or Nordic-Atlantic to show how rediculous the whole thing is) was the "master race", the ideal specimen of which had blond hair and blue eyes.
