No, because telegrams haven't been sent for years. The Queen now sends a special type of card and one was sent to the Queen Mother when she was 100, but the Queen signed it with her nickname -Lillibet rather than the normal message. The Queen Mother had trouble opening it and got one of her guards to open it with his sword.

yeah, i remember when it happened and there was an article somewhere that the queen sent her mother the telegram and signed it with her childhood nickname that her mother used to call her
