  2. Thank GOD. More proof that no one, no matter how many high tech instruments and aids they have, can predict the weather 100 percent. I live in Florida and a neighbor of mine was very scornful of weathermen and said "If you want to know what the weather is, open the window and look out." He also added:"There are only two types of people who feel they can predict the weather; fools and Yankees." XD!
